The number of students is increasing day by day. It is also quiet sure that the higher educations are not available in every city. For example you might be the resident of Florissant and like to have some higher studies. However, not many colleges are available in Florissant. They can always build a series of condos and I do feel that they can combine them all to make a hostel. I do feel if you as an investor are planning to build such hostel then you should really move forward with this idea because it is really a great idea. However I do feel that this is area specific and you will need a university around the corner.

If you get a land or the property near any university then you should consider yourself to be very lucky. I do feel that you will be able to make a huge amount of profit through this business. There are many advantages as well in having student as the tenant.

  2. The second advantage is that you are quiet sure that they will leave the house as soon as they complete their course.
